Founded in 1991, Prudential Hodrick Realty is one of the premier full service real estate firms serving the Williamsport and Lycoming County areas. Owned and operated by Bill Hodrick, a 35+ year veteran of the real estate business, the company was established as a Prudential Real Estate franchised office from its inception.

Staff and Office Hours
Comprised of a sales staff of 31 real estate professionals and 6 support staff, Prudential
Hodrick Realty operates from modern offices in Loyalsock Twp. Our second office is located in downtown Lock Haven with 8 real estate professionals and 1 support staff. We also now have an office in Danville with 6 real estate professionals and 1 support staff and another office in Lewisburg with 11 real estate professionals and 2 support staff.
We offer convenient locations with ample parking in suburban locations, convenient to most neighborhoods and easily accessible from all major transportation arteries. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM to Noon and at other times by appointment.
